- Initiates a folder for a process via inbound email
- Auto generates acknowledgement of receipt with reference number
- Updates the folder in the process via inbound email
- Extracts contents from the email message into the folder without human intervention, for example: email address | email subject | email message contents | attachments
- Auto populates folder data based on the email address
- Automates email transmissions between the Metastorm BPM user and email recipient
- Automates reminder email transmissions (requesting a response) to the email recipient
- Provides greater overall visibility of the process status
